Everything was good, unbeatable location close enough to ocean and Main street, center-of-town cafe/restaurant/shops, and the fairgrounds and downtown Ventura, decent experience. Our room was budget and perfect with all basic facilities and fridge, for example, just what we needed.
The staff were just terrible, didn't expect that coming.

The staff at this budget hotel are outstandingly accommodating. the rooms are decent sized, spotless, and come with a fridge, microwave, and shampoo. - the hotel is in an excellent location near Highway 101, restaurants, bars, and the beach. - the breakfast served is appetising and good quality.
